WebIncis
All cosmetic products must show the ingredients used on the label. INCI states
for international nomenclature of cosmetic ingredients. Any cosmetic formula can and must
be written using ingredients from this list. But products are formulated using raw materials.
Is up to the chemist to break down the composition of these raw materials to express
the contents of a product in terms of Inci listed ingredients. It is not uncommon to identify
wrong information on labels. For example, water is typically present on most raw materials
but water content is often based on the water added during manufacturing. Webincis
can help to obtain a correct composition formula
